TheAsian and Pacific region has achieved the fastest economic growth rates in the world. Yet, the region is still home to 800 million people living on less than US$ 1 a day. Towards reducing digital divides and turning them into digital opportunities, the present publication aims to inform of the recent developments in information, communication and space technology in the region, as well as to identify the trends and provide insights into the possible future directions.
